WARNING: This training series is going to kick your ass.

That being said โ€” this is for those who are mentally and physically ready to step their game up and reach results they’ve never obtained before.

Metabolic conditioning is going to focus of burning the most calories while you’re in the gym, as well as increase the afterburn effect known as EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption).

Basically, the more intense the workout, the more oxygen your body will consume after the fact, and the more calories you will burnย postย exercise.

The FRF METCON workouts are going to push you mentally and physically while taking you less time to complete day after day. You’ll adapt and condition your body for the level of demand we’re putting it under each week.

Also, the workouts are designed to keep you pushing heavy amounts of weight and gaining strength, while moving as fast as possible through rounds to save you more time.

Metabolic conditioning means you lose weight faster, build muscle more quickly, and boost your aerobic capacity like never before.

This is video 1 of 5 in the FRF METCON series. Download the workout right here and bring it with you to the gym!

How long do you suggest each workout and how many days per week? Referring to the MetCon series.

Hi Dana ๐Ÿ™‚ The FRF METCON workouts are to take as long as you need them to, moving as quickly as you can throughout the circuits. The series has 5 workouts all together and are designed to be completed over the course of 7 days.

That means you could essentially complete all 5 workouts Monday-Friday, or with a rest day in between to break things up or allow your body time to recover if you feel it’s needed.

I hope that helps you on your way to becoming a FRF bombshell! ๐Ÿ˜‰ Thanks for reaching out!
